How to create an external recruiter?
Steps to follow:
- On your sidebar, click on Settings.
- Scroll down to Permissions
- Click on the Administrators group.
- Go to the External users tab.
- Click on (+) - 📍 located in the upper right corner.
- Choose Create external user.
- Finally, add the email, name, and surname of the external recruiter.

How to add an external recruiter as a Hiring manager?
Steps to follow:
- Once the external recruiter is created, head to the job opening of your choice located in the Jobs section
- Go to the Hiring Process
- Click on edit
- Go to hiring team → click on add
- Filter by type of user and choose an external user
- Select one of your choices and click on Add Hiring manager
