In the Project Management Tool, tasks help you keep track of work progress, assign responsibilities, and organise workflows efficiently. With the Kanban View, managing tasks has become even more intuitive and visual.
Now, you can choose between:
- List view – A structured table layout to quickly see task details in a sortable format.
- Kanban view – A drag-and-drop board that visually organises tasks by status.
Task Management in List view
The List view provides a detailed table format where users can:
- View all tasks in a structured list
- Add a status filter
- Check the status of each task (To do, In progress, Done, Discarded)
- Check the phases
- See who is assigned to each task
- Monitor due dates and completion dates
How to access the List view:
- In your sidebar navigate to Projects
- Select a Project
- Click on the Tasks tab
- Click on the Settings icon
- Select Table view

Task Management in Kanban View
The Kanban View is a more visual and flexible way to manage project tasks. It allows users to:
- Get a quick overview of progress and bottlenecks
- Drag and drop Tasks across different stages (To do, In Progress, Done, Discarded)
- Creating tasks to team members directly from the board
How to access the Kanban View:
- In your sidebar navigate to Projects
- Select a Project
- Click on the Tasks tab
- Click on the Settings icon
- Select Board view

Filter project tasks
In a project's Activities tab, open Filters and choose Phase, Activity, or Assignees.
You can select one or several values and combine filters. The filters work on both the board and table views.
When a filter changes, Save view appears. You can save the filters, view, and columns you chose.
Note: Saved views stay on the user's browser. You can't filter for activities with no phase or no assignee yet.
