We created this tool to address the main challenges companies face when trying to subsidize training through Factorial—making sure they don’t lose time, money, or opportunities in the process.
With this new functionality, we help you avoid:
- Too much manual work. Gathering information from multiple sources—like contracts, employee profiles, and course data—used to take hours. Now, all the relevant information is automatically pulled from your Factorial data.
- Lack of system integration. Previously, there was no easy way to generate the official FUNDAE documentation directly from an HR platform. We’ve changed that by creating a fully integrated XML generator—right inside the Training module.
- High external costs. With this tool, you can generate a compliant FUNDAE XML file in just a few clicks, without leaving Factorial.
- Missed opportunities. Due to the complexity of the process, some companies gave up on subsidies altogether. This tool simplifies everything, helping you secure your training subsidies without the hassle.
How it works
We’ve implemented a new XML generator to help you easily complete the Finalizar grupo formativo step on the FUNDAE platform—the most time-consuming and complex part of the process.
1. Go to the sidebar and click on Trainings
2. You have two options:
- Create a new course: Click on + New course, fill in the required fields, and in step 2 (Admin Information), enable the checkbox Subsidized by FUNDAE.
- Edit an existing course: Click on any course from the list, then click Edit at the top. In the Admin Information section, enable the Subsidized by FUNDAE checkbox.
3. Once the Subsidized by FUNDAE option is enabled for a course, a new FUNDAE tab will appear
4. Inside this tab, you’ll find everything you need to complete the Finalizar grupo formativo step:
- The system displays all required fields in one view.
- Any missing or invalid information will be automatically flagged.
- You can complete or edit data inline, right from this page.
- If any value doesn’t match FUNDAE’s required format (e.g., a professional category), simply click on the field and map it to the correct value—no need to leave the page.
5. Once all information is complete, just click Export XML. Factorial will generate a compliant XML file for the Finalizar grupo formativo step
6. The file will be automatically saved in the Documents section of the course. From there, you can download it and upload it directly to the FUNDAE portal
