❗ 2-factor authentication works for users accessing with email and password. Single sign-on users won't have the 2-factor authentication available.
How to set up multi-factor authentication
- On your sidebar, Click on Settings
- Click on Securiy Settings
- Scroll to the section Authentication
- Click on Enable multi-factor authentication
Signing In with Authenticator

Download Google Authenticator
- On your mobile device, search for 'Authenticator' in the App Store or Play Store

Download the app and sign in using the same email linked to Factorial

Sign in on Your PC

Sign in from your PC and enter your previously defined email and password

Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code with the app and enter the verification code

Enter the Authenticator Code
- Open the 'Authenticator' app

Enter the code that appears in the app on your PC to complete the login

This code will only be needed when you have logged out from the PC or a certain amount of time has passed since the last login.
Once multi-factor authentication is activated, log out and then log back in with your credentials. You will be greeted with a screen showing a QR code. Use an app like Google Authenticator to scan the code and complete the setup.
