What You Can Do with Sales Invoicing from Projects
- Create up to 3 invoices directly from a project (for free).
- Generate and download professional PDF invoices with your company logo.
- Track all invoices through the new "Invoices" tab in each project.
- Request an upsell for more advanced invoicing features after reaching your free limit.
How It Works
- In your sidebar, go to Projects
- Open any project and look for the "Invoices" tab
- Click on Create Invoice

Fill in the details, including:
- The client
- The number of hours worked (e.g., 5 hours)
- The hourly rate (e.g., €30 per hour)
- The tax rate
- Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click Issue Invoice to create your invoice

- Download or Send the Invoice

Sales Invoicing Limitations (Freemium Tier)
This feature will only be available for accounts based in Spain (ES).
The following information applies only to Projects Business plans. It will be free for Projects Enterprise plans.
Projects Business users will have access to a freemium version with the following limitations:
- You can create a maximum of 3 invoices across all projects.
- Once you reach this limit, a banner will appear in your Invoices tab.
- The banner will inform you that the limit has been reached and provide the option to request an upgrade.
Upgrade for Unlimited Invoices
When you reach the 3-invoice limit, you will need to upgrade to Sales Invoicing for full functionality. This upgrade will give you:
- The ability to create unlimited invoices and quotes.
- A centralized view of all quotes and invoices where you can edit, delete, and view them.
- The option to download professional PDF invoices instantly.
