How to log in as an employee?
There are three different methods to log in to an employee account as an admin:
Through permissions groups:
- On your sidebar, click on Settings.
- Click on Permissions.
- Enter a group of permissions
- Press Employees
- Select an employee and click on the (…)
- Click on Login as the employee
- Add the information
- Press Accept and log in as employee
Through the employees section:
- On your sidebar, click on Employees.
- Select an employee and click on the (…)
- Click on Login as the employee
- Add the information
- Press Accept and log in as employee
Through employee personal profile:
- On your sidebar, click on Employees.
- Open an employee profile
- Click on the (...) up on the right
- Click on Login as the employee
- Add the information
- Press Accept and log in as employee
💡Every time you log in to an employee profile is possible to go back to your own profile by clicking on Go back to your profile at the top.
Blocked actions:
Some actions will be available, but they will be recorded if you perform them. Here is a list of the actions that you will not be able to perform:
- Request and edit time off
- Sign documents (when logging in as an employee, you won't see the notification to sign any document)
- Create and edit shifts
- Edit contracts
- Edit supplements
- Generate SEPA file
- See the performance review section (to protect anonymous answers)
- See the surveys section (to protect anonymous answers)
