Learn how to register and manage your company’s healthcare plan so employees can easily access important benefit details

Table of Contents

Offering a healthcare plan is one of the most appreciated benefits among employees. With this feature, companies can easily register their health insurance offering, centralize all plan information, and make it accessible to team members enrolled in Benefits.

Your company can offer several health insurance plans. Each plan has its own page with its cost and members.

How to use

  1. In the sidebar, go to Benefits
  2. Go to Catalog and, on the Health Insurance card, click on Manage plans. A panel opens with one card per plan.
  3. Click on Add plan. One opens a plan draft next to the chat.
  4. Upload the policy document (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 4 MB). One reads it and fills in the draft:
    1. Basic information: provider, plan name, policy renewal date and policy document.
    2. Enrollment conditions: waiting period and pre-existing conditions.
    3. Employee cost: the monthly premium for each person and the part the company pays.
  5. Answer the questions One asks about anything the document doesn't cover, such as the renewal date, the company contribution, whether dependents are allowed and how enrollment changes are sent. Each answer is one click.
  6. Review the draft. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
  7. Click on Save to make the plan available to employees.

Employees enrolled in benefits will be able to access and download the plan details from their My Benefits section.
