How to add employees
To effectively plan your shifts, it is essential to first add employees.
If it is the first time in Shifts
- On your sidebar, go to Shifts
- Click on Assign employees to shifts
- Select the employees and the effective date
- Choose if apply rest days (optional)
- Click on Add employees
If you’ve already used Shifts
- On your sidebar, go to Shifts
- Click on the three dots icon - in the upper right corner
- Choose Add employees
- Select the employees and the effective date
- Choose if apply rest days (optional)
- Click on Add employees
You can also add employees from their employee profiles:
- On your sidebar, go to Employees
- Open the employee profile
- Open the Time planning tab
- In panning tool, select Shift management
- If needed, add Rest days
- Click on Submit
- Choose if Change planning version or Create planning version
