You can send Document templates from the Send in bulk section:
- On your sidebar, go to Documents
- Go to Send in bulk
- Click on Add template
- Select the destination folder in the My Documents employee document space
- Select the Document template
- Click on Import template
- Select the employees who will receive the document
- Select Request signature if you want the employees to sign the document
- Select Select additional signers if you need to add a person who will also sign the document for each employee
- Click on Send to x employees
