Exports permissions

Exports permission control who can access payroll data from the platform. This permissions ensure that sensitive financial and employee information is handled securely and only by authorised personnel.

By assigning payroll exports permissions, organisations can maintain accurate payroll processing, protect confidential data, and comply with internal and legal data protection standards.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Exports permissions to apply.

 

 

How to set up your Exports permissions

  1. In your sidebar, go to Settings
  2. Click on Permissions
  3. Select the Exports section
  4. Enable or disable the permission
  5. Click on Save changes

This permission let you choose the specific scope of a permission: deciding who a user is allowed to perform a the action on.

  • For themselves: Only on their own profile/data.
  • For direct and indirect reportees: On employees who report to them, directly or through a hierarchy.
  • For people on teams they lead: Only on members of teams they manage.
  • For people in their legal entity: Anyone in their department, branch, or company entity.
  • For the whole company: Across all employees in the organisation.
 

 

Exports permission

 

  • See whole company's payroll data

    This permission allows the employees inside the specific group of permissions to view payroll information for all employees across the company. 

Enable this permission for these to work: 

  • Create new compensation categories
  • See additional compensation
  • See payroll policy

Check Contracts permissions.
