ONE is not a chatbot, it's a teammate that understands your context, retrieves accurate information, and assists with tasks that would normally take hours.

    All users can interact with ONE via the chat interface, but the type of information and actions available will depend on each user's permissions and role.

     
  2. Is Factorial compliant with the EU AI Act?
    Yes. Factorial is fully aligned with the current requirements of the EU AI Act. Our use of AI is considered low-risk, as it’s focused on administrative support tasks.
     
  1. Does Factorial's AI make decisions on its own?
    No. Our AI is designed to assist users, not replace human judgment. For example, it can help draft job descriptions, generate review questions, or summarize meetings, but the final decisions are always made by people.
     
  2. Is AI used for decisions like promotions or terminations?
    No. Factorial does not automate high-impact or sensitive decisions. Our AI offers suggestions or insights, but every critical action must be reviewed and validated by a human.
     
  3. Where is the data processed? Is it secure? Is Factorial GDPR-compliant?
    Yes, it’s secure and compliant. We use Microsoft Azure OpenAI, hosted in Sweden (EU), fully compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
    • We do not train models on customer data.
    • Prompts and responses are not stored or reused.
    • Each AI interaction is private and isolated per customer.
       
  4. Does Factorial use my company’s AI to train AI?
    No. We use pre-trained models from trusted providers like OpenAI and Google. Your data is never used to train any model.
