Overview
The comments sidepanel allows employees with the right permissions to see all weekly comments related to time records directly in My Projects. You can also edit or delete comments, making collaboration more transparent and efficient.
When and why it should be used
- Use this feature when you want to:
- Quickly review feedback or notes on time records.
- Ensure all weekly comments are accurate and up-to-date.
- Edit or remove outdated or incorrect comments.
How to use
- On your sidebar, navigate to My Projects and go to the Tracking section
- Above the time records table, click the See all comments button
- In the sidepanel that appears, you can:
- View all comments for the selected week
- Edit any comment directly in the panel
- Delete a comment by saving it empty
- Take advantage of the new formatting options to enhance your comments: bold, italic, or
underlined
