How to use
- Go to Organisation → Teams
- Click Import teams
- Choose one of these options:
- Download the template and fill it in
- Upload your own file and map the fields.
- Review all imported data to ensure the information is complete and correct
- Click Submit to complete the import
- Track the progress at any time in Import History
If import fails immediately, check that the file is in a supported format (Excel) and that column headers are correctly mapped.
If some teams did not import, make sure all required fields are filled in. Missing or duplicated team names can cause partial imports.
