Overview
Admins can now access a centralised workspace to manage healthcare plans, track adoption, and monitor costs. The Beneficiaries Importer simplifies adding new employees and dependents, reducing manual work for Operations and speeding up onboarding.
Use this functionality when you want to:
- Understand healthcare adoption and usage.
- Monitor costs per employee and company contributions.
- Import new policyholders efficiently without errors.
How to use
- In your sidebar, go to Benefits
- Access the section Catalog
- Select your Healthcare insurance and click on Manage plan
- Explore the Manage Healthcare Plan page
- Summary KPIs: See total costs, average cost per employee, and adoption rate
- Plan Details: View provider, plan name, dependent allowances, and cost breakdown between company and employee
- Enrollments Table: Check all policyholders including name, tax ID, relationship, active date, status, and contact info
- Plan Documents: Download important documents directly from the page

Import new beneficiaries
- Click Import
- Upload the CSV to the system
- The importer will validate the file for missing or inconsistent data
- Once validated, the new enrollments are created automatically
- Click on Confirm

If imported enrollments do not appear in the table, confirm that the import finished successfully and refresh the page after uploading the file.
If KPIs or adoption rate seem incorrect, verify that all beneficiaries have correct active dates and statuses and ensure the plan contribution details are up-to-date.
