Posts permissions define who can create, view, manage, and moderate posts within the platform. They help ensure that internal communications are shared appropriately and managed according to company guidelines.
By assigning posts permissions, organisations can control content visibility, maintain a respectful communication space, and support clear and effective internal messaging.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Posts permissions to apply.
How to set up your Posts permissions
- In your sidebar, go to Settings
- Click on Permissions
- Select the Posts section
- Enable or disable the permissions
- Click on Save changes
