About Talent Analytics

Improve the visualization of your employee's competencies with the 9-Box to measure the performance and potential of your employees and to make better decisions.

What is Talent Analytics?

Talent Analytics is a powerful feature that allows you to visualize the results of performance reviews graphically. You can now gain insights into the performance and potential of employees with just a few clicks. With Talent Analytics, you can:

  • View the performance and potential of your employees visually.
  • Apply filters to focus on specific teams, individuals, or workplaces.
  • Analyze your employees' performance over time.
  • Get a clear overview of your talent pool, making it easier to make informed decisions about employee development and management.

Where to Find Talent Analytics?

The talent analytics tab is only available to admins and managers with direct reports

To generate data on the 9-box grid, you need to have a published performance for the users in question.

  1. On your sidebar, click on Talent Analytics
  2. There you will find all analytics about performances

How to Filter and Visualize the Data in Talent Analytics?

Once you're in the Talent Analytics tab, you can apply multiple filters to explore the results of performance reviews based on different criteria. These filters help you narrow down the data and focus on the employees or segments most relevant to your analysis.

Available Filters:

  • Manager: Filter by the manager responsible for the employees.
  • Team: View results by team or department.
  • Performance: Filter by performance review ratings (e.g., Needs improvement, Meets expectations, Outstanding).
  • Tenure: Filter employees by their time in the company.
  • 9-box: View results based on the 9-box grid dimensions (if activated).
  • + New filter: Add additional filters such as job title, location, or any other custom field available in your system.

These filters are available as dropdowns at the top of the page and can be combined for more precise analysis.

Visualizing the Data

Once your filters are applied, the top section of the screen will display a performance score distribution chart. This visual representation shows how many employees fall into each performance category (e.g., Needs improvement, Room for growth, Meets expectations, etc.).

This graphical view helps identify trends, spot areas that may require attention, and recognize top performers across your organization.

Viewing the Employee List

Below the graph, you’ll see a table listing the employees included in your current filter selection.

The table includes the following details:

  • Employee name
  • Team
  • Manager
  • Last performance score

Each row represents an employee, and you can click on the arrow at the end of the row to access more detailed information about their performance.
