Review permissions determine who can create performance reviews within a performance cycle. By assigning these permissions, organisations control how feedback is shared, who can submit or edit reviews, and who has visibility into review outcomes.
These permissions help ensure a structured, fair, and confidential review process, allowing employees, managers, and HR to participate according to their role while maintaining HR oversight and data integrity throughout the cycle

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Reviews permissions to apply.
How to set up your Reviews permissions
- In your sidebar, go to Settings
- Click on Permissions
- Select the Reviews section
- Enable or disable the permission
- Click on Save changes

Create performance reviews
This permission allows the employees inside the specific group of permissions to create reviews from scratch or by using predefined or custom templates.
They will also be able to create and duplicate templates.
