The Reportees Overview centralizes all essential information about your team’s performance, meetings, and notes. With the Tree Navigator and the redesigned 1:1 Meeting experience, managers can easily explore reporting lines, review insights, and take action in one unified view.
When and why it should be used

How to use
- Go to Team → Talent Meetings → Reportees Overview
You’ll see all your direct and indirect reportees displayed in a structured view -
Navigate using the Tree Navigator
- Expand or collapse your reporting line to explore meetings across all levels
- Use filters to focus on specific reportees, meeting types, or time periods
- Click on any reportee to view their 1:1 meetings, feedback, and past notes
- The refreshed Notes Text Editor lets you format notes, autosaves your work, and offers AI assistance for summaries or next-step suggestions
- Set up your meeting → Use the redesigned Prejoin Screen to check your camera, microphone, and settings before entering the call
- View and manage meetings → Click on any reportee to view their 1:1 meetings, feedback, and past notes.
Use quick actions to join calls, copy links, or start new meetings directly.
Decide whether to enable or disable the meeting transcript.

Troubleshooting
Can’t see your reportees?
Ensure that your reporting line is correctly configured under Company Settings → Org Chart.
Notes aren’t saving?
Check your internet connection. Notes autosave locally, but syncing requires a stable connection.
Transcript didn’t capture all speakers?
Hybrid transcripts work best when participants join using their assigned meeting links and enable microphone permissions.
