  • Maintain confidentiality: Disable transcripts for sensitive conversations when necessary.
  • Keep notes organized: Use consistent headings or tags within the Notes Editor to track themes over time.

Troubleshooting

Can’t see your reportees?
Ensure that your reporting line is correctly configured under Company Settings → Org Chart.

Notes aren’t saving?
Check your internet connection. Notes autosave locally, but syncing requires a stable connection.

Transcript didn’t capture all speakers?
Hybrid transcripts work best when participants join using their assigned meeting links and enable microphone permissions.

FAQ

  1. Can I access previous 1:1 meeting notes?
Yes. All past notes are available within each reportee’s meeting history in the Reportees Overview.

  2. Are transcripts enabled by default?
Yes, but you can disable them for any meeting using the toggle on the prejoin screen.
