AI Reports allows you to save tables generated by One so you can access them again whenever you need them. Instead of losing valuable insights in previous conversations, you can store, revisit, and filter your data explorations from a dedicated space in Factorial.

This article explains how AI Reports works, who can save reports, and how to access and filter saved tables.


 

Overview

AI Reports is a dedicated section where tables generated by One can be saved and revisited at any time. When One generates a table in a conversation, admins can save it to AI Reports. Saved tables remain available after the conversation ends, making it easier to return to previous analyses without having to recreate them.

Saved tables also include:

  • Correct formatting for monetary values, percentages, and dates
  • Built-in column filters for exploring data
  • Consistent access for all company admins

Additionally, a discovery page provides prompt suggestions to help you create your first reports with One.

When and why it should be used

Use AI Reports when you want to:

  • Keep valuable data explorations generated by One
  • Revisit reports without searching through past conversations
  • Share access to saved reports with other admins
  • Filter and analyse report data directly from the saved table
  • Build a library of frequently used HR insights and analyses
 

 

How to use

Save a table generated by One

  1. Open a conversation with One
  2. Ask One to generate a report based on your data
  3. Click Save on the generated table
  4. The table will be stored in AI Reports

Access saved reports

  1. In your sidebar, go to AI Reports
  2. Select the report you want to review
  3. Explore the saved table and apply filters as needed

Get started with report ideas

  1. Open AI Reports
  2. Access the discovery page
  3. Browse the suggested prompts
  4. Select a prompt or use it as inspiration to create your own report

If you cannot save a table, verify that you have administrator permissions and confirm that the content you are trying to save is a table generated by One. Refresh the page and try again if the issue persists.

If you cannot find a previously saved report, open the AI Reports section from the sidebar, verify that the report was successfully saved and confirm that you have administrator permissions.

If the formatting appears incorrect, refresh the report and verify the underlying data source. Contact support if the issue continues.

If you cannot see filter options, ensure you are viewing a saved table in AI Reports. Refresh the page if filters do not appear automatically.
