Who can request it?
Only users with an Administrator role in the company account can request the permanent deletion of an employee.
Requests from non-admin users will not be processed.
How to request employee deletion
To request the permanent deletion of an employee, you must open a Support ticket using the following form:
Required information
Please include the following details in your request:
- Full name of the employee
- Email address linked to the employee in Factorial
- Company account
Incomplete requests may cause delays in processing.
Please note the following before submitting your request:
- Employee deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All employee data will be permanently removed from Factorial
- This includes associated information such as documents, records, and history
- Deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
We recommend reviewing the request carefully before submitting it.
How it’s processed
Once the request is received:
- Our Support team will review the information provided
- The request will be validated to ensure proper authorization
- The employee will be permanently deleted from the system
Requests are handled as soon as possible. If any information is missing, our Support team will contact the administrator to complete the request before proceeding.
