Ensure your courses are fully completable before publishing and easily share them with participants. This feature helps avoid confusion for learners and managers while simplifying how training links are distributed.
Overview
This functionality introduces two key improvements in the Learning Management System (LMS):
- Completion warnings that prevent publishing courses without valid completion criteria
- A direct share link option to easily distribute courses to participants
These updates improve the learning experience and reduce administrative friction.
When and why it should be used
Use this feature when creating or publishing training courses to:
- Ensure that all learners can successfully complete the course
- Avoid confusion caused by missing or misconfigured completion criteria
- Share course access quickly and accurately with participants
How to use
1. Validate completion criteria before publishing
- Go to Trainings
- Create or edit a course
- Configure the completion configuration
- Click Save
- If any required elements are missing, a warning will appear
- Review the warning and:
- Add the missing elements, or
- Adjust the completion criteria
- Once all requirements are met, publish the course

If warning prevents publishing the course, review the message carefully and ensure all required modules, quizzes, or tasks are properly configured
If learners cannot complete the course, verify that completion criteria match the actual course content and check that all required elements are accessible and published
2. Share a course via direct link
- Go to Trainings
- Open the desired course
- Locate the Share link option
- Copy the generated link
- Send it directly to participants

If the shared link doesn’t work, confirm the course is published and ensure participants have the necessary permissions to access the training
Tips and best practices
- Double-check completion criteria before publishing to avoid delays
- Use clear and consistent completion rules (e.g. “Complete all modules”)
- Share the course link through your usual communication channels (email, Slack, etc.)
- Test the course as a learner to confirm everything works as expected
FAQ
-
Why can’t I publish my course?
The system detects that the course cannot be completed based on its current configuration. You’ll need to fix or adjust the completion criteria before publishing.
-
Can I share the course without assigning it?
Yes, you can share the direct link, but participants may still need the appropriate permissions or assignment depending on your setup.
