Performance notifications

Overview

Factorial sends notifications to alert users about updates in:

  • Performance Reviews: start of a review, new targets, peer assignments, published or republished self-evaluations.
  • Action Plans: plan initiation, manager or employee signatures, PDF generation.
  • Goals: assignment of key results or achievement of objectives.
  • Feedbacks: feedback requests or submitted feedback.

These notifications ensure that users are aware of pending actions, completed steps, or new responsibilities, helping to maintain transparency and keep performance processes on track.


 

Know the notification types 

Notifications appear in your Factorial inbox, via email, or as push notifications depending on your settings.

 

Performance Reviews

How to Use

Act on notifications

  • Click the notification link to access the relevant review, goal, feedback, or action plan.
  • Complete pending evaluations, assign peers, or sign action plans as required.

Use the To-Do items in the Inbox

  • Reviewers: complete pending evaluations.
  • Managers: assign peers to targets when needed.

Send reminders strategically

  • Admins can send manual reminders for evaluations that are pending publication.

  • Check your notification settings to make sure you receive important updates.
  • Respond to notifications promptly to keep review cycles on schedule.
  • Avoid sending multiple reminders at once; prioritize urgent pending actions.
