The new mobile Trainings experience brings the full Learning Management System (LMS) directly to your phone. You can now access content, complete quizzes, and respond to surveys anytime, making learning more flexible and engaging.

The updated mobile experience transforms how you interact with Trainings. It introduces a smoother interface, richer content access, and interactive features such as quizzes, surveys, and knowledge tests — all optimised for mobile use.

When and why it should be used

Use the mobile Trainings experience when you want to:

  • Learn on the go without needing a desktop
  • Complete assigned training content quickly and easily
  • Engage with interactive elements like quizzes and surveys
  • Track your progress in real time

This is especially useful for teams with distributed or deskless collaborators who rely on mobile access.

 

 

How to use

  1. Open the Factorial mobile app
  2. Go to the Trainings section
  3. Browse the updated Trainings list with enhanced details
  4. Select a training to open the Training detail view
  5. Navigate through tabs and tap on the Content tab
  6. Tap on any content block to start learning
  7. Swipe up or down to move through content (videos, text, quizzes, or surveys)
  8. Complete quizzes, knowledge tests, or surveys directly from your phone
  9. Track your progress as you go

If content not loading properly, check your internet connection and refresh the app.

If progress not updating, make sure you complete each content block before exiting.

If you are unable to access a training, confirm that the training has been assigned to you. If not, contact your admin.

 

 

Tips and best practices

  • Use swipe navigation to move quickly through content without losing focus
  • Complete quizzes in one go for better retention, but note you can return later if needed
  • Take advantage of mobile learning during short breaks or commutes
