The annual balance report provides the necessary data to determine whether employees owe hours to the company or vice versa.
Setting up weekly and annual hours

- On your sidebar, click on Organisation
- Open the employee in question
- Go to Agreements
- Click on the three dots icon and select Fix conditions
- Go to the working hours section
- Add the max legal hours per year and the max legal hours per week
