Overview

Admins can now monitor credit consumption directly within One Chat and take action when needed. This includes visibility into remaining credits (such as the 500 free credits or plan-based credits) and a simple path to upgrade or purchase more.

This feature helps you understand how usage impacts your available credits and ensures uninterrupted access to One’s capabilities.

Important: One is currently in observability mode. Even if all 500 credits are consumed, you can continue using One without interruption.

 

When and why it should be used

Use this feature when you want to:

  • Track how many credits are remaining
  • Understand how your activity impacts credit consumption
  • Decide when to upgrade or purchase additional credits
  • Ensure your team can continue using One without limitations
 

 

How to use

  1. Go to One 
  2. Click on the settings icon in the top-right corner
  3. Open the credit consumption modal
  4. Review your remaining credits
  5. Monitor how your usage reduces credits in real time
  6. Click on Upgrade
  7. You will be redirected to the marketplace
  8. Choose between:
    • Purchasing a credit top-up
    • Upgrading your plan
  9. Complete the purchase through the self-serve flow

If you cannot see the credit consumption modal, confirm you have admin permissions. If the issue persists, contact support.

If your credits are not decreasing, this may be due to observability mode, where usage does not restrict access. If values seem incorrect, refresh the page or try again later.

If you cannot access the Upgrade option, ensure you are logged in as an admin and check if marketplace access is enabled in your account. Contact support if the issue continues.
