You can now choose to publish a job opening only on your company’s career page without sharing it on external job boards. This gives you more control over how and where you promote vacancies, making it easier to manage confidential hiring processes, referral-based recruitment, or job ad testing.

The Publish on all the configured job boards option allows you to decide whether a job opening should be shared across external job boards and recruitment channels.
When this option is disabled, the job remains visible on your company’s career page but is not published on external portals or integrations.

Use this functionality when you want to:
- Manage confidential hiring processes
- Prioritize internal candidates or referrals before sharing a role publicly
- Test a job description before promoting it externally
- Keep full control over where a vacancy is advertised
How to use
- In your sidebar, go to Recruitment
- Create a new job opening or open an existing one
- Go to the publishing settings:
- In the publishing window, find the Publish to web section
- Or go to the job’s Preferences → Basic information
- Find the Publish on all the configured job boards option
- Turn the switch off
- Save your changes
The job will remain available on your company’s career page but will no longer be published on external job boards or connected recruitment channels.
If the job is not appearing on external job boards, check that the Publish on all the configured job boards option is enabled and confirm that the job is correctly configured for external publication. If the issue continues, check your job board integrations or contact Factorial Support.
If the job disappeared from external portals after disabling the option, this is expected behaviour. Turning off the option removes the job from configured external job boards while keeping it available on your company’s career page.
