You can archive training surveys and knowledge tests without contacting Support. Archiving removes the survey from employees’ available surveys while keeping all responses safely stored, and you can unarchive it whenever you need to use it again.

Overview

The Archive functionality lets admins archive training surveys and knowledge tests that are no longer needed or should no longer be available to employees.

Use it when you want to remove a survey from the active list without permanently deleting it. Archiving is reversible, so you can restore the survey later without losing any responses.

How to use

1. In your sidebar, go to Trainings
2. Open the relevant course 
3. Access the Surveys tab
4. Find the survey or knowledge test you want to archive
5. In the three dots at the left, select Archive
6. Confirm the action
7. The survey is moved to the Archived view and is no longer available for employees to answer

To restore an archived survey:

1. Access the Surveys tab
2. Filter the surveys by Archived
3. Find the survey you want to restore
4. In the three dots at the left, select Unarchive
5. The survey returns to its previous state

FAQ

1. Are responses deleted when I archive a survey?
   No. Archiving does not delete responses. All existing responses are kept.
    
2. Can employees answer an archived survey?
   No. Archived surveys are removed from employees' available surveys.
    
3. Can I restore an archived survey?
   Yes. Select Unarchive to restore the survey to its previous state.
    
4. Where can I find archived surveys?
   Go to the course's Surveys tab and use the Active / Archived filter to view archived surveys.
