If you are switching corporate email addresses or just onboarding a large number of employees and need to change several emails at once, you may do so through Security Settings
For security reasons, Factorial only allows changing emails in bulk in cases where the new email ends in one of your company’s verified domains. Please verify your corporate domain first if you haven’t done so already.
- On your sidebar, go to Settings
- Choose Security Settings
- Under Bulk email change, click on Change emails

- Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) with two columns: one for the current employee email and another one for the new desired email
Remember that the new email must end in one of the verified domains for your company.
- Match the columns in your file to the required columns

- Click on Complete import. Your email changes will be processed in the background and you will receive a notification once it is complete.

You may check the status of the email change process at any point by going to Import history.
