Goals permissions

Discover how to effectively manage and set permissions for goals to enhance collaboration and drive performance in your team.

Goal permissions in Factorial help you control who can access and manage goals across your organisation. By setting the right permissions, you can make sure goals are visible to the right people while keeping sensitive information protected. Whether you want managers to track team progress or employees to update their own goals, permissions allow you to tailor access based on each role. In this article, you’ll learn how goal permissions work in Factorial and how to configure them to fit your company’s needs.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Goals permissions to apply.
