One - Personal One Pool

The Personal One Pool allows every user, including admins to get free daily access to AI capabilities directly for their day-to-day work. This feature ensures company-wide AI access through a default Free plan, while giving administrators central visibility and control over plan upgrades and capacity allocation.

What does Personal One Pool include?

  • Every employee is automatically assigned a Free Personal One plan.
  • Each user receives free daily capacity equivalent to approximately 3 AI actions per day (such as asking questions, analyzing information, drafting content, or translating text).

The exact number of actions varies depending on the complexity and cost of each action.

  • When the daily limit is reached or requires higher capacity for ongoing workflows, the employee can submit an upgrade request directly to the workspace administrator within the Factorial interface.
  • Admins can view a complete user directory displaying each employee's current plan and remaining capacity.
  • Admins can approve or deny capacity upgrade requests sent by employees.
  • Admins can upgrade their own Personal One plan directly whenever additional capacity is needed.
