How to manage job applications

Keep track of the hiring process by organising the job applicants data.

Once you create a job opening you will be introduced to the job application page. Here there is the database that stores all of the applications for this particular job.


 

To enter simply:

  1. Go to Recruitment from the sidebar
  2. You should be directed to the Jobs section
  3. Select the desired job opening by clicking on the arrow to the right

 

 

 

To open an applicant/ candidates’ profile, click on the arrow on the far right of their data, it will open and show the following information:

 

 

 


 

How to manage the applicant

Within the applicant’s profile you can organise them into the different phases of the hiring pipeline.

  1. Open the applicant’s profile
  2. On the top right is the button Move to phase
  3. Click the button and choose the desired phase

 

The (…) button opens the options to:

 

 

How to Reject a job application

  1. Go to the Job opening and select one of your choice
  2. Select the candidates you want to reject by clicking on the square next to their name (Note: you can click on more than one candidate to send the rejection email in bulk)
  3. Click on Reject located on the right of search bar
  4. Fill in the following information:
    1. Rejection reason: select the most appropriate reason from the list of options
    2. Message template: select the message template
    3. Message: edit the message and variables as needed
  5. Choose whether to send from a No-reply email
  6. Decide if you would like to delay the message
  7. Click on Reject

The candidate will then be moved to Rejected applications
