You can now connect Factorial to Net-Empregos, one of Portugal's largest job boards, and publish your job postings directly from Factorial. This integration helps you avoid copying job postings between platforms and lets you track applications from Net-Empregos in the same place as your other job boards.
Overview
The Net-Empregos integration lets you manage your Net-Empregos job postings directly from Factorial.
Once the integration is installed:
- Your existing job postings are automatically synchronised with Net-Empregos
- New job postings are synchronised once they are published
- You can configure Net-Empregos settings for each job posting individually
- You can see the number of applications received from Net-Empregos directly in Factorial
- Net-Empregos appears alongside your other job boards in Standard Portals, so you do not need to use a separate tool to manage the integration
- If you also use JOIN, the Net-Empregos card appears below your JOIN channels
When and why it should be used
Use the Net-Empregos integration if your company recruits in Portugal and publishes vacancies on Net-Empregos. It is especially useful if you want to:
- Publish job postings without manually copying them to Net-Empregos
- Keep job posting information synchronised between Factorial and Net-Empregos
- Configure Net-Empregos settings for individual postings
- Track how many applications each posting receives from Net-Empregos
How to use
Install the Net-Empregos integration
- In your sidebar, go to Discover Factorial
- Go to the Integrations tab
- Find the Net-Empregos integration
- Select Install for the company
- Once the integration is installed, your job postings will automatically sync with Net-Empregos
- Future job postings will also sync automatically once they are published
Configure Net-Empregos for a job posting
Each job posting can have its own Net-Empregos settings.
- In your sidebar, go to Recruitment and open the relevant job posting
- Go to the Standard Portals tab
- Find the Net-Empregos card
- Click the gear icon
- Review and update the Net-Empregos settings for that specific posting
- Save your changes
The configuration is linked to the individual job posting, so you can use different settings for different postings.
Track applications from Net-Empregos
- Open the relevant job posting
- Go to Standard Portals
- Find the Net-Empregos card
- Review the number of applications received through Net-Empregos
If you cannot see Net-Empregos in Standard Portals, make sure the Net-Empregos integration has been installed from the Factorial Marketplace. If you have installed it and the card is still not available, contact the Support team.
If your job posting is not appearing on Net-Empregos, make sure the job posting has been published. The integration automatically synchronises published job postings with Net-Empregos.
If you want different Net-Empregos settings for different job postings, you can configure each job posting separately. Open the posting, go to Standard Portals, and click the gear icon on the Net-Empregos card.

- Configure each posting individually: Use the settings for each job posting when you need job-board-specific changes.
- Check your Standard Portals: Net-Empregos is managed alongside your other job boards, making it easier to keep your recruitment channels in one place.
