You can use One to record your working time, manage breaks, and correct a forgotten clock-in from earlier today, simply by asking in your own words. One guides you through the required information and asks you to confirm the changes before recording them.
Overview
One lets you manage your time-tracking activities directly through conversation, without having to open the clock-in widget manually.
You can ask One to:
- Clock you in or out
- Start or end a break
- Correct a forgotten clock-in from earlier today
One follows your company's time-tracking policy and requests any required information, such as your workplace, work area, project, break type, or whether you're working from home. It applies the same rules and checks as the clock-in widget.
Before recording any action, One displays a confirmation card so you can review the details and approve or cancel the request.

For example, you can use it to:
- Record the start or end of your working day.
