Italian companies can now export payroll-related data from Factorial directly in the format required by Job Sistemi and TeamSystem. This reduces manual data entry for payroll admins and consultants and helps ensure that absences, worked time, and variable compensations are transferred using the correct codes.
Overview
The Job Sistemi and TeamSystem integrations let you export payroll data from Factorial into files that your payroll provider can import.
Three types of exports are available for each provider:
- Absences: exports leave information with the corresponding absence codes (causali / giustificativi).
- Absences + Worked Time: exports worked hours and overtime, combined by employee, day, and code.
- Payroll Variables: exports variable compensations in the format required by the provider.
You can configure the codes in Factorial so that the exported file matches your payroll consultant's setup. The generated file is automatically saved in Documents.
How to use

Run an export
Depending on the type of information you want to export:
- For Payroll Variables, run the export from the payroll run (Compensations).
- For Absences or Absences + Worked Time, run the export from the Employee Updates flow.
- Select the relevant provider and export type
- Generate the file
- Find the generated file in Documents and share or import it into your payroll software according to your usual process
If the exported code does not match the one used by your payroll consultant, check the codes configured under Settings > Compensations and confirm them with your payroll consultant. Update the configuration before generating the export again.
