This article explains how to set up your company page in Factorial. You will learn how to complete the basic company information, configure key settings, and ensure your workspace is ready for your team to start using the platform.
Overview
Your company page is the central place where you define your organisation’s core information in Factorial. It includes essential data such as your company name, job postings, privacy policies, and internal settings that affect how the platform works for your team.
Setting up this page correctly ensures that all employees, documents, and processes are aligned with your company structure.
When and why it should be used
You should set up your company page when:
- You are first setting up your Factorial account
- Your company details change (e.g., benefits, jobs, or offices)
- You want to ensure accurate reporting, payroll, and document generation
A correctly configured company page helps you avoid errors in contracts, attendance tracking, and legal documents.
Company's domain
In Factorial, registering your company's domain allows you to personalise the URL of your public company page, where you can showcase your brand and list open job positions. This feature is particularly useful for enhancing your recruitment efforts by providing candidates with a branded and professional-looking careers page.
Why register your company's domain?
By setting up your company's domain, you can:
-
Customise the URL of your public company page (e.g.,
yourcompany.factorialhr.com). - Provide candidates with a centralised location to view and apply for open positions.
- Enhance your employer branding by showcasing your company's culture, values, and benefits.
- Easily share your careers page on social media, job boards, and other platforms.
- This functionality is part of Factorial's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which streamlines the recruitment process by allowing you to manage job postings and applications directly within the platform.
To enter your company’s domain:
- On your sidebar, head to Settings
- In General, click on Company page
- In Company page section you can choose your subdomain
- Click on Submit

Customise your company page
Once your company domain is registered, you can personalise the public careers page that candidates will see. This is the page where your job vacancies will be listed, and it’s an opportunity to showcase your company’s culture and values.
- On your sidebar, head to Settings
- In General, click on Company page
- Scroll down to Customise
- Click on Customise company page
- You will be redirected to a customisation page

In the Company page settings, you can configure the following sections:
- Header – Add a cover image and a headline that represent your company.
- Values – Share the core values that define your workplace culture.
- Benefits – Highlight the perks and advantages you offer your employees.
- Team – (Optional) Introduce team members. This section can be enabled or disabled.
- Jobs – Manage and display your current job openings.
- Offices – Show where your teams are located with office descriptions and images.

Some sections, like Team, can be disabled if you prefer not to show them.
How to disable the company page
Unpublishing your company page means removing your company’s public website from being visible online. Once unpublished, the page will no longer be accessible to external visitors, but your company information will remain available inside Factorial for internal use.
This action is useful when you want to temporarily or permanently hide your public company site.
- In your sidebar, go to Settings
- Open Company page
- Disable the toggle on Publish company page

If your company uses the Recruitment module, the page cannot be disabled.
