The new Home page is designed to help you start your day with a clear view of what needs your attention. Based on your role, it brings together information from the Factorial products you use and highlights your priorities for the day.
One sits at the centre of your Home page, alongside an inbox where you can manage approvals such as time off, training, expenses, and more. You can also customise your widgets by adding, moving, or editing them to create a workspace that fits the way you work.
The Home page is designed for everyone in your organisation—not only HR. Finance, Operations, managers, and leadership can each have a Home page adapted to their role and needs.
How to use

Channels, direct messages, and huddles are now available directly in Factorial. This helps keep day-to-day team communication in one place, while making conversations official and traceable.

Connectors
Starting in October, you can connect One to selected external tools, including HubSpot, Notion, Power BI, Modjo, and more.
These are pre-built connectors, which means they are ready-made connections between One and supported tools. They are not custom integrations.
If you need to connect a proprietary or in-house tool that isn't covered by an available connector, contact your Account Manager to discuss Forward Deployed Engineering options.
