Reports permissions control who can access, create, and manage reports in Factorial. These permissions ensure that sensitive company data, such as payroll, absences, or project costs, is visible only to authorized users.
By assigning the right reports permissions, administrators can maintain confidentiality, provide insights to the appropriate roles, and ensure that reporting is accurate and secure while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Payroll permissions to apply.
