Premium Job Postings allow you to purchase paid job ads directly from Factorial, without leaving the platform. In this article, you’ll learn how the Marketplace works, how approvals are managed, and how to track premium postings from request to publication.
Overview
The Premium job postings Marketplace is a new section within each job that lets you access premium job boards, visibility boosts, and bundles directly from Factorial. All purchases follow a mandatory approval flow, ensuring control, transparency, and centralized tracking within your recruitment process.
This functionality is fully integrated into the ATS and is available once Multi-portal is enabled.
When and why it should be used
Use Premium Job Postings when you want to:
- Increase the visibility of a specific job with paid job boards
- Purchase premium job ads without managing external vendors or invoices
- Ensure recruitment spending follows internal approval processes
- Track the status of premium postings in one place
How to use
Access the Marketplace
- Go to Recruitment and open the job you want to promote.
- Make sure Multi-portal is enabled for your account.
- Open the Marketplace section inside the job.
- Review the available premium options for the job’s country:

Bundles: Bundles are a combination of two or more premium products from different job boards. Each included product has:
- Its own duration in days
- A specific offer or visibility boost
If you already purchased a product that is part of a bundle, that bundle will appear locked and marked as “Booked” until the previously purchased product expires.

Premium products: This section lists all individual premium job boards available for your job’s country. From here, you can:
- Hover the job board logo to learn more about that job board
- Hover the info (“i”) icon to see details about the specific premium offer(s) available

Bundles: Bundles are a combination of two or more premium products from different job boards. Each included product has:
Review premium options
- Hover over job board logos or information icons.
- Check details such as:
- Posting duration
- Visibility boosts
- Included features or offers
Note that bundles containing already active premium products are locked until those products expire.
Request a premium job posting
- Select a bundle or premium product.
- Review the estimated processing time shown during checkout.
- Submit the purchase request.
Approval flow
- Premium purchases require an approval workflow configured in: Settings → Recruitment → Integrations → Premium Portals purchase requests
- A default approval group is created automatically: “Default group for premium portal requests”. You can edit it based on your internal needs. You must define:
- Approver(s): who will approve purchase requests
- Employees included in this workflow (By default, Factorial includes everyone — but this can be adjusted)
- Requests appear under Recruitment → Purchase requests.
- Approvers receive a notification to review the request.
- The requester is notified when the request is approved or rejected.
If the requester is also an approver, the request is automatically approved.
Publication and processing
- Once approved, the job board reviews the posting before publication.
- Processing times depend on the provider and may range from around 1 hour to several days.
The maximum estimated processing time is always shown for transparency.
Pricing & Billing Notes
- Marketplace prices do not include taxes
- Applicable taxes depend on the country where the product is being purchased
If you don’t see the Marketplace inside your job, make sure Multi-portal is enabled. This is required to access Premium Job Postings.
If a bundle is locked and cannot be selected, it is because the bundle includes a premium product that is already active. Wait until the current posting expires.
If you can’t submit a purchase request, verify that the approval flow is correctly configured in the settings.

- Configure approval groups in advance to avoid delays when requesting premium postings
- Review existing active premium products before selecting bundles
- Use the estimated processing time to plan campaigns for urgent or time-sensitive roles
- Centralize recruitment spend by using the Marketplace instead of external job board accounts
