One can now answer questions about employee costs using the data available in Financial Workspace. Instead of navigating to Financial Workspace and applying filters manually, you can ask One directly and get immediate answers based on the data you have visibility over.
To use this skill, you must have the Financial Workspace data visibility permission enabled. One will only return data that falls within your visibility scope, if you can't see certain data in Financial Workspace, you won't be able to access it through One either.
How to use it
- Open the One chat in Factorial
- Ask your question about employee costs in natural language
One will respond with text or a downloadable data table depending on the type of question asked.
What you can ask
You can query any employee cost data available in Financial Workspace, including breakdowns by:
- Team or department
- Cost center
- Legal entity
- Cost type
- Any other dimensions available in your Financial Workspace
Example questions
- "What is the total payroll cost for the Sales team this month?"
- "Show me the cost breakdown by cost center for Q1"
- "What are the compensation costs for the Madrid legal entity?"
This skill is available by default in One, no setup required. Results will always reflect your Financial Workspace visibility permissions.
