How to use
- Open the ONE chat in Factorial
- Specify the employees you want to include (e.g. by team or legal entity)
- Indicate the cost centers you want to report on.
- Define the date range for the report

- "Give me the cost center distribution for all employees in the Madrid legal entity between January and March, in CSV"
- ONE will generate the report and make it available for download in Excel or CSV

Keep in mind
- You can filter by a specific cost center or include multiple ones in the same report
- If an employee has no cost center assigned for the selected period, they will appear in the report with empty values
- Results will always reflect your Cost Centers visibility permissions
