To use this feature, your company must have One enabled for employees. Administrators can enable it in Settings > Permissions > One.

The Enhance button is an AI-powered writing assistant available in supported text fields across Factorial. It allows you to:

- Translate content into another language
The feature also works seamlessly with voice dictation, allowing you to dictate your text and then enhance or translate it before sharing.
When and why it should be used
Use the Enhance button whenever you want to create polished, professional communication more efficiently. This feature is especially useful when you:
- Write Performance Reviews or feedback

- Need to communicate in a language other than your own

How to use
- Navigate to a supported text field in Performance Reviews, Communities, or ATS
- Write your text or use voice dictation to create your first draft
- Click Enhance
- Choose one of the available actions:
- Improve writing to make your text clearer and easier to read
- Professional tone to rewrite your text in a more formal style
- Translate to convert your text into another supported language
- Review the generated text
- Accept the changes or continue editing before publishing or saving your content
If you cannot see the Enhance button, verify that your company has One enabled for employees. If the feature is enabled but still unavailable, contact your administrator.
If the translation is not what I expected, review the translated text before publishing and make any necessary adjustments to match your intended meaning.
