You can create, duplicate and edit time off policies by asking One in your own words. One does the same as you can do in Settings, nothing more and nothing less, and nothing is created until you confirm.
Availability: available for every company with One and Time Off. There is nothing to enable. This feature is only available in One on the web.
Overview
With One, you can:
-
Duplicate a policy and move people into it. The copy keeps the original policy's allowances. One shows each balance before and after the move.

-
Create a policy from scratch. The new policy starts with your country's default holidays allowance, and One opens it so you can adjust it.

-
Rename a policy, add a description or make it the default policy. Just tell One what you need. Changing the default policy only applies after you click Confirm.

Creating, duplicating and editing time off policies with One does not consume One credits.
Who can use it: only people with the Manage time off permission.
How to use

- After each step, One suggests what to do next, such as adding people or an allowance
