Use the org chart to understand reporting lines, organizational structure, and vacant roles. It's useful for onboarding, talent planning, and keeping leadership structure up to date.
To view the organizational chart:
- In the sidebar, click Organisation → Org Chart
- View the dynamically generated chart based on employee-manager relationships
- Filter by:
- Workplace
- Legal entity
- Hire date
- Legal gender
- You can click on any person to see more details
- Any personnel changes (hires/terminations) update the chart in real time

To export the organizational chart
- On your sidebar, click on Organisation
- Select Org Chart
- Press (...)
- Click Export Org. Chart (xls)

You will be redirected to another page (xls. format) where you can visualize the organizational chart.

Create a vacant position
Easily add open roles to the chart to track recruitment and future hires.
- On your sidebar, click on Organisation
- Select Org Chart
- Click on (+) button
- A list of the job openings already created will be displayed
- Select one of your choices
- Add the role and level
- Click on Submit

- On your sidebar, click on Organisation
- Click on Org chart
- Choose an employee
- Go to Reports
- Click on Create a new role
- Fill in all the information and press on Submit

To assign a role
After creating the new role, a new page will open where you can assign the role and level for the employee. Simply add the desired role and level, and they will be immediately reflected.
- On your sidebar, click on Organisation
- Click on Org chart
- Choose an employee
- Go to Reports
- Click on Assign a role
- Fill in all the information and press on Submit
