Supporting multiple Payroll Integrations in the Compensation module

Learn how to effectively integrate multiple payroll systems within the Compensation Module for streamlined salary management.

Table of Contents

Managing payroll across multiple countries can be complex, especially when each legal entity requires a different provider. With this feature, you can assign and use multiple payroll integrations simultaneously, ensuring each pay cycle is connected to the correct provider based on the country.

Overview

This functionality allows companies to use different payroll integrations depending on the country of each legal entity. Instead of relying on a single integration, you can now install and manage multiple payroll providers and automatically match them to the appropriate pay cycles.

When and why it should be used

Use this feature when your company:

  • Operates in multiple countries with different legal entities
  • Uses different payroll providers per country
  • Needs to ensure accurate payroll syncing based on local requirements

This ensures that each pay cycle is connected to the correct payroll system, improving accuracy and compliance.

How to use

  1. In your sidebar, go to the Discover > Integrations
  2. Browse available payroll integrations
  3. Install the payroll integration(s) relevant to each country you operate in
  4. Navigate to the Compensation module
  5. Open a Pay cycle
  6. Select a pay cycle associated with a specific country
  7. The system will automatically display the payroll integration(s) available for that country
  8. Proceed with syncing payroll data using the appropriate integration

If the payroll integration does not appear in the pay cycle, confirm that the integration supports the country of the pay cycle and check that the integration is properly installed and configured. Additionally, verify that the legal entity is assigned to the correct country

If only one integration is visible despite having multiple installed, make sure each integration corresponds to a different supported country and refresh the page or re-enter the pay cycle. If the issue persists, contact support.

Tips and best practices

  • Install all necessary payroll integrations before configuring pay cycles
  • Double-check that each legal entity is correctly assigned to a country
  • Ensure each integration is fully configured to avoid syncing issues
  • Regularly review your integrations to confirm they are active and up to date
