Make sure you have created your company's legal entities, so that you can configure contract fields for them.
Out-of-the-Box Country-Specific Agreement Fields (Configurable)
Some country-specific agreement fields are available out of the box when a new legal entity is created in a given country.
The following fields are available by default, depending on the country, and can be adjusted manually:

- Head to the Settings section, located in the sidebar menu
- Go to Employment Data
- Scroll down to Country Specific Agreement Fields
- Select the country for their predefined contract fields
Or
- Head to the Settings section, located in the sidebar menu
- In General, click on Company details
- Select the Legal Entity where you will be making the edits
- Select the Contracts tab
- Click the arrow to edit and add options to the contract field
Please note that when you edit out-of-the-box values for one legal entity in the menu below, the change applies to all legal entities in a given country

Contracts custom fields
Please note that when you add new custom contract fields, they will be added to a given legal entity only. If you need this field to be added to all legal entities, you need to update all of them separately.
You can create new contracts custom fields:
- Head to the Settings section, located in the sidebar menu
- In General, click on Company details
- Select the Legal Entity where you will be making the edits
- Select the Contracts tab
- Click on Add custom field button
- Add a title and select the field type
- Click Create custom field to save
All added fields will appear under Other contract information section on {Employee Name} → Contracts page.
