How to export payroll data

Discover easy steps to efficiently export payroll data for streamlined record-keeping and reporting.

How to export payroll variables data?

  1. On your sidebar, go to Compensation 
  2. Access the Cycles tab and select a tab
  3. Click on the three dots at the upper right corner
  4. Click on Export as Excel/CSV
  5. Choose an export format: CVS or XLSX
  6. Set filters: Create date, Legal entity or Update date
  7. Customise export columns: Select the columns to be exported and define the header name of the column in the file
  8. Click on Export and it will be sent to your email address

Note: If there are any pending alerts to review, you will be notified. Review them before moving forward with the export.

 

 

How to export employee updates data?

  1. Go to Compensation 
  2. Access the Updates tab
  3. Click on Export data in the top right corner
  4. Choose a Legal entity
  5. Choose the Data type and format
  6. Choose the Status of the employee update
  7. Choose Start date and End date
  8. Click on Export and the file will be downloaded

 

What type of employee update data can be exported?

  • Absences (Standard): It includes the information of the absences that have occurred between two dates. When exporting, it can be filtered by the type of absence.
  • Contract changes: It includes the information of all the contract changes that have occurred between two dates.
  • New hires: It includes all employee’s information of new hires. When exporting, it can be filtered by the status of the employee update.
  • Past cycle absences changes (absence delta): This report shows any changes to past absences since the payroll cycle was closed, such as absences that were validated, added, or removed. To use it, set the Start date to the last payroll closure (pre-filled if available) and the End date to today. The export then highlights which absences should be removed from or added to the payroll system.
  • Personal changes: It includes all the information of personal changes. When exporting, it can be filtered by the status of the employee update.
  • Termination: It includes all the information of terminations. When exporting, it can be filtered by the status of the employee update.

When having a payroll integration installed that includes a payroll data export, you will see it in the options when choosing the format to export.
