If you cannot see the new Surveys experience, migration may still be in progress if your company already has existing surveys. Availability is being rolled out gradually.
If you cannot reorder questions, make sure you are using the new survey builder. If the issue continues, contact support.
Reminders and notifications
This section explains survey reminders and notifications' behaviour.
Manual reminders
When you manually send a reminder using Send reminder, it is only sent to pending participants—that is, collaborators who have not yet completed the survey.
- The reminder is not sent to participants who have already responded.
- It is not sent again to everyone who was originally invited.
This helps avoid unnecessary emails and improves the participant experience.
Related notifications
In addition to manual reminders, Factorial automatically sends emails at specific moments:
-
When the survey is published:
An automatic email is sent to all invited participants to inform them that the survey is available. -
Before the survey closes:
A reminder email is automatically sent to all participants shortly before the closing date.
These automatic notifications are independent of manual reminders and do not require any action from HR.
