The Inbox centralizes all your pending actions in one accessible place within the Factorial mobile app. It replaces the previous Requests section, offering more visibility, flexibility, and control over your tasks.
When and Why It Should Be Used
Use the Inbox on mobile to manage requests that require your attention, such as approvals, document reviews, or other assigned tasks. This feature is designed to help you:
- Approve or reject tasks quickly from anywhere.
- See all relevant task details without switching to the desktop version.
- Filter and organize your tasks efficiently.
- Maintain productivity even when you’re away from your computer.
How to Use
- Open the Factorial mobile app on your device
- Go to the Inbox section from the main navigation menu
- Browse through your list of pending tasks
- Tap on a task to view its details
- Approve or reject tasks directly from the list or from the task details view
- Use the filters at the top of the screen to organize tasks by type or priority

If a task requires actions that are only available on the web version, tap the “Go to web view” option. You’ll be redirected without losing any context or information.
